The NCPO condemned Cambodia for not being sincere in stopping the fire, but instead using heavy weapons, including artillery - curved-trajectory artillery, MB-21 multi-barrel rockets, to shoot at Thailand, and using Cambodians as human shields in an inhumane manner. They have also consistently refused bilateral negotiations and used nationalism to incite conflict.
